About Me
I began teaching one to one guided mediation and relaxation techniques to clients in 2009, working intuitively to empower individuals through difficult including separation, bereavement, and ongoing medical concerns.
Exploring this further brought me into the field of yoga therapy and somatics, and then to embodied psychology and creative arts practice, culminating in a master’s degree in Somatic Movement Education.

Why do I work this way?
I believe in cultivating a business culture that sincerely prioritises, promotes, and protects the wellbeing of its people – that models healthy work life balance, recognises inspiring leadership (at all levels), and empowers all employees.
We all aim to create balance in our personal and professional lives.
Self-care is a new buzz word
We all want balance in our personal and professional lives, making this a reality requires examining the culture or environment that undermines its actualisation. Our work together explores this ‘gap’.
We need to cultivate resilience
Our work together gives space and opportunity to expand beyond strategies of coping and survival, discovering process for adapting, becoming responsive rather than reactive, and cultivating resilience.
We have a desire to lead purposeful, successful lives that we enjoy
Our work together provides the space and opportunity to explore ways of encouraging conversation and new dynamics between teams, partners and leaders bringing out our individual and collective best. We all need purposeful, successful lives that we enjoy and take pride in.
We have a desire to learn and improve
Our work together explores ways to celebrate healthy striving and the desire to learn and improve. It examines our relationship with ideas of perfectionism, and the ways we hold ourselves hostage to an unachievable ideal – often to the point of paralysis.

I offer one to one sessions, small group workshops, online yoga classes, and at home therapy treatments.
Why work with me?
It is my job to help individuals recognise, remember, and realise their healthiest selves.
I approach embodied holistic practice in a way that
- supports us in the moment
- helps us access our inner resources for healing and transformation
- and connects us to that beyond our individual self.
I bring together
- the physical practices of yoga and somatic movement
- the practice of mindfulness and skill of dual awareness
- the power of imagination, visualisation, and creative expression
- body and energy work using touch
- and a witnessing presence.
This short clip is an introduction to the practice of RAIN meditation, which brings together mindfulness and embodiment by following the steps of
– Recognition
-Acceptance
– Investigating with kindness and
– Nurture.
It is one-off my favourite practices and I look forward to sharing guided sessions with you all soon.
This video is a brief introduction to using the breath as a way in to embodied practice.
Make yourself comfortable in any position with as much support as your body needs to be comfortable for ten minutes and allow me to guide you through sensing the movement and feeling of your natural breath.
Noticing how the body is moved by the breath, where it lands, where it touches, and gradually expanding our awareness to include both body and breath together.
