Indian Head Massage
60 minutes | £55
This traditional Indian massage begins with a gentle back and shoulder massage, then moves to the neck, scalp and face.
The practitioner uses oils (traditionally based on the clients Ayurvedic personality type, or dosha), to help the client achieve their desired state- calm and relaxed, or energised and invigorated.
The various reflex points of the face and ears are stimulated and the added option of chakra balancing may be incorporated should the client so wish.

These sessions are ideal for injury recovery, managing pain, relaxing deeply, developing an expanded awareness of one’s body from the inside out.
These sessions use hands on body work, joint mobilisation, massage, breath work, relaxation techniques and experiential anatomy to cultivate awareness of the body as a whole SOMA- integrating the physical, cognitive, imaginative, emotional and energetic or spiritual elements of our personhood.
They may be fully clothed or as for usual massage, depending on client’s need.

The principle underlying reflexology states that the body is divided into zones which can be mapped on the hands, ears, and feet.
Reflexology has been well researched and found effective in areas of in areas of fertility, pregnancy and post partum health, hormonal health, mental ands emotional health, sleep disorders, and in supporting people through life changing circumstances such as trauma, grief, or big life shifts.

Shiatsu | Thai Style Massage

These massage practices are carried on a thick massage mat on the floor. The client can remain fully clothed throughout.
Both Thai massage and Shiatsu are considered a form of meditative massage and a guided relaxation will be offered.
The sessions include hands on accupressure along the length of the arms, legs, neck and spine, as well as stimulating the energetic reflex points in the hands, feet, face, and ears.
The practitioner uses her hands, fingers and thumbs, forearms and elbows and is guided by feedback from the client as to desired pressure of touch.
The practitioner will also mobilise the various joints and gently manipulate the client into some deep passive stretches.
Traditional Usui Reiki
Reiki Energy Healing

Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki (Rei- Universal, Ki- Life Energy). This is a fully clothed treatment where the practitioner places her hands on or near the client’s body in order to bring balance and a healthy flow of Reiki through the client’s energetic centres, called chakras, and pathways, called meridians, and into their energetic body, or aura.
Crystal Reiki Healing

As above, incorporating a selection of crystals chosen by the client in order to bring about energetic change for a desired health, wellbeing, emotional, or spiritual manifestation.
